This year’s Brand New Star quest, the sixth organised by todayscountry94one was won by Angela Easson!

Angela performed in the first heat at Woy Woy, Central Coast earlier in July and successfully gained entry in to the grand final which was held at Central Coast Leagues Club on Friday 31st July.

Competing against 8 other contestants and in front of a full capacity crowd, Angela performed her own originals including “Wanted” which will feature on her upcoming new album.

Grand Final judges Max Jackson, Rod McCormack and Ron Sinclair had a difficult task, but were blown away by Angela’s talent as a performer and songwriter.

As Brand New Star 2015, Angela has won $3000 cash, courtesy of Central Coast Leagues Club, plus a one song recording with Simon Johnson of Hillbilly Hut Studio, distributed to media by CRS Publishing.
